• Woke up with back pain. All day at work I was so uncomfortable. I stretched but my muscles, but still, they slowly got more and more tight as I sat at my desk in the office. Ended up going home early. Good thing the office was quiet today. PSS-ing next 2 week, so I'll be out-and-about. Hopefully all is good with co-operative operators and nothing "hits the fan", because my cover-off will be at a conference for 2 weeks, another cover will be on vacation for 1 week. So out of our intitutions team, only 1/4 will be in the office.

  
  

  Within this week, I slowly, individually told my team members that I'll be leaving them by the end of the month. It's not easy, but I need to do it. It's the only fair thing for them, and for me.
