  • Biked over to the park today to see if I can find some ducklings.

found them! swimming single filed...so cute.

mother crosses first, then the whole gang.

    father drinks from the lake....ducklings...

an injured bird...and ducks hiding in the bush.

Mother+daughter...father+son...the kid was dragging that pile of green leaf around...don't know why

There was a dog walker...and naturally they geese ran away cause they were scared.

Dead body! The gold fish was about the size of my hand, pretty big, I was surprised.

Then went to fix the leaking tire. Apparently IS a hole and a crack, at the side of the tire. So we have to change it, ended up changing all four tires after 5 years of usage, not bad.

Then try to go play tennis before it rained...

A helicopter kept hoovering around the sky when we were at the courts, pretty loud, searching for something...Jess' very PINK bottle.

picking up the balls...oh i think they found a dead worm, practicing on some serves, couldn't catch the ball, you threw it up really high Jess.

    Storm is coming....

Then, cause the rain is here, late dinner at Saigon Star(Vietnamese food), the crab was good, done just perfectly and not over cooked.

  • We have pinkish tulips this year.

Saw ducklings today at Milliken while biking, couldn't get any closer, the father/mother started hissing at us.

    Played a bit tennis.

Then cooled off at Starbucks before going home.

Today, as we were heading home, I saw some Tamil people heading towards the the subway at McCowan, I worry there's going to be another unnecessary protest before or on the long weekend.

  • It's May, Tennis season started.

On our way to the tennis courts, saw a nice M3, and nice sunset.

    Desserts after.

  • Wow, gas is 94 cents per litre already...when summer is here, it will definitely be over 120.

  • Went to play tennis today. Boy I need to run more. Then went to see if there are basketball court behind Goldhawk...and there is. Cooked dinner tonight.

There will be 3 hours of no power in our area tomorrow , at least they warned us ahead of time.

  • Woke up early to cheer-on Jessica for her run. Didn't catch her at the finish line, but glad she did it in a little over an hour. That's not bad for 10K. :)
