  • So the City of Toronto IS having a strike with the Local CUPE Union 79. Fortunately we had a garbage strike before so this time around, we know where to dump the garbage. But it still stinks. As of today, the strike is still "on"...no end in sight yet.

Jessica has to stay home after her little surgery(it went pretty well), so we crashed at her house last Saturday to check out her new backyard, help install new locks, and do some baking(but Jess can't eat any,aw).

  • Happy Father's Day weekend. Doesn't have to be totally about dads. Do the things you love, that's all that matters.

    (more pictures available, please click)

Also celebrated Doris' graduation....WOOHOO. I know you don't want to make a big deal of it, so I didn't...if I did, I would of made you go to the convocation for sure.  But as long as you are happy. Don't be too stressed out about what you need to do next, there's still a long road up ahead, and I'll be tagging along, so if you just look, i'll be by your side.

    Good Dinner :) Thanks Jess!

  • Helped Jess with her landscaping project yesterday. It was a good day to be out, glad the summer weather is not getting too hot yet.

Jess is planning to put in stones for the flooring, so this is how it looks before they are put in. Look at all the grass that was taken out, not is just to find a place to dump it.

    Took some random pictures.

If you zoom in at the wasp, you can see it drinking the nectar! COOL

Last week I was coughing. Tried a new drink at FMP, dried prunes with green tea...pretty good.

Took random pictures during the week...all were in the car...before bird poo got on it.

    gas getting costly...

The airplane was flying low cause of the storm clouds, the second one was taking off, if you zoom in close, can see the details, very cool.

We turned on our grill and BBQ-ed today...YAY! (click on the photo for more pictures)

  • SPOT! (I always say his name in a high-pitched, slightly loud voice)

He passed away in the middle of the night Sunday. R.I.P. lots of "choi-sum" where he is now.
