Went to play badminton in the morning, (usually 10am-12pm, cause Jess books it for us) then went to eat lunch at Boston Pizza, I liked the wings, sat in the patio, so quiet there during lunch time. Then went to Sportchek to get hockey sticks cause they were on sale. Then went to Jess' house to tape up the sticks and try them out by playing some street hockey. Then Doris and Jess went rollerblading while I biked on Jess' bike. It started raining, so we rushed back while it was drizzling before it really poured. Played some wii fit at Jess' house and we were all pooped. Good work-out.
Met up with Roxane, Sung-Lim and Toral today. They were late, I had to wait for them(as usual). Dinner was good, get to catch up with them, they mainly talked about work. I don't blame them, a lot of B.S. happens and they need to vent.

Also went to Destiny after Jess and Joanne's hockey game, happy they won, but too bad I couldn't make it.

Went to eat lunch with my dad, then I went biking. Came back before the rain came. I need a bell.
Can't believe the Beijing Olympics will start tomorrow. I remember exactly where I am when they announced that the 2008 Olympics will be held in Beijing. Because Toronto was all competing for the spot as well, I remember all the hype of the Olympic Committee coming to Toronto. I was co-oping at Sick Kids, and everyone went out to the front lobby to hear the news and support Toronto. It doesn't really matter which city hosts the Olympics, I've been following since I came to Canada, both the winter and summer (the sport enthusiasm is much stronger here), I'm just happy I get to watch the top atheletes compete. I hate to hear this time around that some athletes will be not competing due to the pollution in Beijing eventhough they have trained for so long to be at the Olympics, I know I would regret it.
Oh Doris got her xfiles boxset yesturday, it's huge, very nice though. Oh and she's taking out her wisdom teeth today...

Went to "Drink Tea" on Saturday. The place we went to at Warden and Hwy 7 is a little too elegant for me. The teapot was nice, but a little too heavy. Then afterwards, went to Vaughn Mills for shopping and had a strawberry malt while walking around. Then went to Chilli Secrets for dinner.

Went for tennis this morning, then lunch at Alice Fazooli. Then finally went to see Dark Night at an IMAX theatre. It was AMAZING, I would buy the dvd or watch it more then once.

The weekend was long, but fun. It took a little longer then I expected to get to Montreal. You cannot trust the GPS. It didn't help when there was construction just before your reached the city that closed off the highway. This trip was a little challenging since everything was in french, but then it didn't stop us that much. Photos are uploaded on FB.
