June is over, July is here. Happy Canada's Day.

Went for drinks at TinRen on Friday.

On Saturday, we went to the eye doctor, waited so long. Then after we went to the golf range, hoping for some nice weather. Tried to used the clubs for the first time, so heavy.

Went to pickering for some rollerblading with Doris and Charles today. Got an owie rollerblading. I fell on my elbow.

We also went to get some ice cream and just sat beside the beach while we watch kids play in the water.

Then we went to get some wings and called it a day.

Went to play tennis yesterday. We waited an hour before we got a court, but that's ok. Been chauffeuring Doris around these 2 days, amazingly it takes about the same time going on local roads versus the DVP&401. Also went back to Toronto Public Health, everyone was surprised I went, glad I did, as alot of them are planning to take Friday off to take the long weekend AND my boss is going to be off for 2 months...glad I caught her before she left.

"Beggar's
Chicken", planning to cook/bake it at the campfire. We prepared it in
the kitchen first and put it in the oven a bit to make the outer shell
hard for easy transport.

Along
our drive, saw lots of people going up north for the weekend. At the
back of this motorcycle, there's a teddy bear tied to the back, so cute.

Doris
putting some firewood into the fire, we finished cooking the chicken,
it tasted great, especially for trying the recipe for the first time.

Went
hiking and canoing on Saturday, did not take pictures while we went
canoing cause I was afraid the camera would be damaged, besides we were
busying enjoying the view and paddling that there was no time to take
pictures.

The camping trip was a great experience, only thing I
am annoyed about would be my neighbours who are noisy, and that I had
mosquito bites that swelled up (I am just naturally allergic to the
bites/saliva)

Just came back from 2 nights of camping at Algonquin. So tired, going to take a nice long bath now.

Picked up my dad at the airport last Friday. It rained like crazy when
we were on the highway, and there was an accident too, so had to get
off the highway and go around to the airport. When we arrived cause of
the weather, the flight was delayed. At least it finally arrived safely.

Since
last friday it has been raining on and off. Sometimes it poured like
crazy and the dark cloud comes in goes. One time after a thunderstorm
the sun quickly came out and we saw a big big rainbow. 

Tomorrow,
I'm going to Algonquin, for some camping, hopefully it doesn't rain
that much and I wont get too many mosquito bites.

I thought that I would be pretty bored after I've ended my contract at the end of April. But I was wrong. Went to Wasaga last Friday, then went to Vaughn Mills over the weekend. On Monday, drove Doris back from work. Tommorrow, will go "yum cha" with my aunt. On Thursday might go eat lunch with 5100 Yonge St. colleaques. Jess also comes by sometimes for lunch. Next week will go to Algonquin. I didn't even start on my little home projects yet (i.e. re-organizing the kitchen, clean the rest of my room, make some good dishes for my family). Oh well, I still have July, August, September...So far I am just trying to enjoy the summer...and I am enjoying it...

Long day. Picked a perfect day to do a road trip. Wasaga Beach.

I'm here in Thunder Bay. So tired. It took 14 hours to drive, lucky I don't have to do any of the driving. Will upload pictures later.

Went to watch Indiana Jones: Kingdom of the Crystal Skulls. Still lots of spider webs and critters crawling around. It was a good. Also went to renew my passport...wait about 2 weeks to have it mailed. Sweet. 2 Things scatched off my "to do" list.
