Had Dinner with my family and relatives yesterday. Once again, I think my cousins grew, and they probably will be taller then us -_-. I was really surprised Melissa ( I think she's in grade 7) is reading "The Rising"...a pretty complicated book and I guess in my mind she's still in grade 4, so that was a shock to me. Even when I was talking to her, the maturity shows. Sigh, another sign of how OLD I am....aiya.

Can't sleep, a gazillion things went through my mind the whole night and I don't know why. I actually jointed them down. Good or bad, I think it's a change.

Woo, I got my shipment from Hall1C...yay.

Went for check-up for Doris today. Mmmmmm chocolate milk and V8.

Our car got hit while it was parked when Doris went to fill the prescription. I can't believe that person did a hit-and-run. Had to chase him down in the cold (I was sitting in the car cause it was too cold outside).

Groundhog Day today. The groundhog saw his shadow....so at least six more weeks of winter.

February already. Groundhog day tomorrow, hopefully we get a short winter. We already have new record for amount of snow in a year. There's suppose to be another 10-15cm of snow coming on Tuesday. Our snowbanks are too tall, can't see very well while driving.

Winterlicious started(this year it's Jan.30th-Feb.12th). Jess, Ida, Annie and I went to "Jump" tonight(Saturday Jan.31st), the food was good, but the servers were a bit sloppy. Ida almost got hit in the head by a falling knife as he tried to take a finished dish away from her. Couldn't take any pictures, cause the lighting was dim, and the atmosphere was weird to have a camera around taking photos. Decore was nice, simple and new.

Had lunch with Carmen and ran some errands with her today. She doesn't have winter tires!!! Snowed a lot today, had to shovel twice cause the snow was heavy. Luckily, I don't have to do the second shoveling.

Yay, the Dell monitor came.

Second interview tomorrow (oral), hopefully traffic is not that bad tomorrow.

Carmen accidentally broke our greenbin, so we went to the waste depot to exchange it. Good thing she did some calling, cause the place is pretty nearby, and we got to exchange it for free. So if you want a new greenbin, somehow just break yours (running over it with your car does the trick), and you can get a brand new one, that doesnt smell.

Carmen was in awe when we drove by the recycling-hill...I saw that building full before @.@.
