In Macau right now. Staying at The Landmark Macau Hotel. I recommend going over to Macau during weekdays, much less people.

Made dinner tonight.
Pan fried. This fish was really "fishy" I can still smell it on me. I hate de-scaling fishes.
Apple+pear soup (it's a good nourishment soup, good for winter, sooth lungs)
"Sing Gwa" with pork, didn't take a picture of the pork...just look like pork.
BBQ pork (Cha chiu) with egg, didn't take a picture of the eggs.
My parents ate the food before I can take a picture of the finished product. -___-

Haven't write something for a week. Mainly started preparing for the Hong Kong trip. Half the suit case is filled, but still need to pack. It's unfortunate that we go back when we're in a recession, everything is so expensive. Had a talk with my dad, he keep saying why you guys go back now. I just keep saying, we already bought the tickets, no choice. He keep saying its not worth it. His so negative. It's not like he paid anything too, didn't buy any of the gifts. Just keep commenting, why you bring this and that? Sigh. I don't expect much from the beginning, cause I'm going back with my mom, just hope I don't get too pissed-off and I don't get sick. Booked the appointment to get HK ID smart card...hopefully that won't take too long.
Jess had her b-day party last Friday...it was fun, too bad we didn't get to the poker game, I wouldn't lost anyways. I like the game "password"...to some extend it really can build your vocabulary. Arg, we played pictionary too, reluctantly I drew too....no one guessed my Britney Spears...sigh. Bought the really big guitar hero world tour to play, I think everyone liked playing on the drums. Also played BINGO, did not get to call BINGO -_-. Sunday was the official day for Jess' B-day...we had badminton, gave her some birthday beats then had dim-sum where they had "birthday bun" it was huge, Jess couldn't finish it. Then went to play some billards...I need practice. But we never went to that pool hall before, it was ok, I think at night it might be a bit "crowded" there though.
Coffee + Croissant with egg/cheddar cheese/bacon....mmm

Went to Chaco for dinner on Friday. Lots of food. There's Korean side dishes...
There's piles of meat and vegetables (salmon, beef, chicken, pineapple, shrimp, mushrooms...to name a few)

We made the waiter change our grill so many times...

There's also dessert...red bean/mango pudding, mango/green tea ice cream.
